Neighborhood Sewer Program

Project Information

The Neighborhood Sewer Program (NSP) is a Capital Improvement Program (CIP) project to construct sanitary sewer in Southlake subdivisions where the residents have aging septic systems.  The NSP includes the construction of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer lines at various locations in the City as approved by City Council.

An economic incentive program has been adopted by the City Council waiving the sewer tap fee for those residents who are eligible to connect to one of the aforementioned sanitary sewer lines within the first 180 days of Public Works accepting the infrastructure improvements.  For more information visit the Septic-to-Sewer pages.
