Fiscal Year 2015 Annual Development Report

Posted on March 23, 2016 at 2:06 PM by Jerod Potts

The City's FY 2015 Annual Development Report is now complete and available to view! Each section within the Annual Report focuses on development-related activity in the City, ranging from the number of sign permits processed to the total commercial square footage permitted within Fiscal Year 2015.

Much of the information within the Annual Report mirrors information highlighted in the City's FY 2016 Adopted Budget. The intent of the report is to complement the City's budget, with updated charts and tables reflecting all four quarters of the City's fiscal year (October 1 - September 30). Any numbers differing from the Adopted Budget represent the most recent updates to projections that were made in order to adopt the FY 2016 Budget by the State's deadline.

The FY 2015 Annual Report features five sections included in the FY 2014 Annual Report, and was expanded to include a new sixth section titled "Understanding Development."
