If you have driven along State or Reserve Street in Southlake Town Square you may have noticed the progress made at this site. Granite Properties has been given permission from the Southlake Hilton to mount a time-lapse camera on the hotel to capture the progress of the construction project. Follow this weblink to view the project: The anticipated completion for this phase of Granite Place is December 2016.

Park Village:

Park Village, a 196,000 square foot retail and restaurant development recently unveiled their approximately 3,600 square foot fountain feature prominently located at the corner of E.
