Item #4 - Review, discuss and make recommendations for a proposed two-phase development of an approximately 13-acre site generally located west of the intersection of Nolen Drive and Village Center Drive. Phase 1 is proposed for GMI Contractors Headquarters on approximately 7.12 acres located on the western side of the site and Phase 2 is proposed for flex office space on the remaining acreage on the eastern side of the site. The property is addressed as 2450 Crooked Lane.
