The City of Southlake periodically reviews its existing ordinances to ensure they are kept current with development trends. As such, the Planning & Development Services Department is in the process of updating its Sign Ordinance. An overview of some of these revisions were presented to City Council during their Work Session on March 18, 2014. City staff has since continued to make modifications to the City's Sign Ordinance based on City Council's input.
A draft copy of the proposed revisions to the Sign Ordinance can be found below in addition to the Work Session discussion the City Council had regarding these revisions.
A Citywide SPIN Town Hall Forum will be held on Monday, May 19, 2014 at 6:00 PM in City Council Chambers at Southlake Town Hall to go over the proposed revisions. More information can be found on the
City's Calendar.
