SPIN Town Hall Forum - Virtual Meeting

The Community Engagement Committee will be hosting a Virtual SPIN (Southlake Program for the Involvement of Neighborhoods) Town Hall Forum.
- SPIN2020-16 – An applicant (Carroll Independent School District) is proposing an approximately 2,650 square foot addition of STEM classroom space with a maximum height of 26’ at Carroll High School located at 800 N. White Chapel Blvd. within SPIN Neighborhood #7.
- SPIN2020-17 – An applicant is proposing a zoning change to allow for greater impervious coverage to add 7 parking spaces located at 750-756 N. Carroll Ave. within SPIN Neighborhood #7.
- SPIN2020-18 – An applicant is proposing a zoning change to add approximately 4,800 square feet to an existing building (NTsuites) located at 771 E. Southlake Blvd. within SPIN Neighborhood #9.

Meeting Participation
For those who want to participate during the meeting, you are required to register with the City at this link: https://bit.ly/82520SLKSPIN, starting 90 minutes (4:30 p.m.) before the 6:00 p.m. start time. Participation instructions will be sent to the email provided. Please note that at the time of the registration, participants will be held in a queue until the meeting starts.
