Do I have to use the same irrigator who did the evaluation to do my repairs?
No. You can use any irrigator to make repairs, or you can do it yourself. The only requirement for the rebate is that if an irrigator makes the repairs, the irrigator must have an irrigator license issued by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

Can I use my own irrigator for the evaluation?
No. W.I.S.E. Guys irrigators have gone through specific training for this program and are hired at a contracted price.

Do I have to use the same irrigator who did the evaluation to do my repairs?
No. You can use any irrigator to make repairs, or you can do it yourself. The only requirement for the rebate is that if an irrigator makes the repairs, the irrigator must have an irrigator license issued by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

Will the rebate cover adjustments made that weren't listed on the evaluation?
Yes, as long as the addition or adjustment will help you conserve water. The applicability of the item is determined by our Environmental Services Team. Please call us at 817-748-8638 if you have questions.

When can I expect to receive my rebate?
Rebate applications will be processed as soon as possible, however, depending on when the rebate was processed, your rebate may apply to a later bill. Please allow for two water billing cycles for the credit to reach your account. You may call Utility Billing for more information at 817-748-8051.
5.
Can I sign up for a second evaluation?
Yes, as long as it has been three years since your first evaluation. Contact us if you aren't sure of your original evaluation date.
