When can I expect to receive my rebate?
Rebate applications will be processed as soon as possible, however, depending on when the rebate was processed, your rebate may apply to a later bill. Please allow for two water billing cycles for the credit to reach your account. You may call Utility Billing for more information at 817-748-8051.
