Request Mayor/Council for Event

  1. The City of Southlake is pleased to accept requests for event appearances and presentations on behalf of the City Council. We appreciate your interest, and we will do our best to process and respond to your request as quickly as possible.

    Please fill out the form below to request the mayor’s or a councilmember's attendance at an event. We ask that requests are made two weeks before the event, those made after will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note that all appearances are subject to availability.
