Water Utility Service Application

  1. Service connections are made Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 4:00pm. For same day connections, the application must be submitted before 12:00pm (noon). For residential accounts this will include trash and recycling.
  2. House Bill 872 applies that a municipality owned utility may not disclose customer information under the Public Information Act unless the customer elects to make the information public or certain exceptions apply. If you would like to elect to disclose your personal information, please contact our office at 817.748.8051.
