  1. Southlake Oktoberfest

    October 7, 2016 - October 9, 2016 @ Southlake Town Square

    This year will mark the 14th anniversary of the Oktoberfest celebration hosted by Southlake's Chamber of Commerce! Over 100,000 people visit throughout the weekend festival! Attendance is completely free -- there are no admissions or parking fees. There will, however, be a wide range of food, beverages, and booth items available for sale! Free parking and a shuttle service will be available at White's Chapel United Methodist Church (185 S. White Chapel Blvd., Southlake TX 76092) over the weekend. Shuttles will run continuously to and from Southlake Town Square.

  1. Fire Prevention Week 2016

    October 9, 2016 - October 15, 2016

    Fire Prevention Week was established to commemorate the Great Chicago Fire, the tragic 1871 conflagration that killed more than 250 people, left 100,000 homeless, destroyed more than 17,400 structures and burned more than 2,000 acres. The fire began on October 8, but continued into and did most of its damage on October 9, 1871. Check back for information in this years FPW theme.

  1. Haunted Family Campout

    October 8, 2016, 4:00 PM - October 9, 2016, 9:00 AM @ Bob Jones Park

    A new twist to the traditional fall family campout! Ghosts, goblins, goodies and fun are lurking in the woods of Bob Jones Park! In addition to all the fun typical campout activities, there will be a haunted trail, prizes for the spookiest campsite and other family friendly Halloween activities. Cost includes dinner Saturday evening and breakfast Sunday morning. Tent set-up may begin at 4:00pm Saturday afternoon. Children must pre-register with at least one adult. Campers must provide their own tent, sleeping bags and camping gear.
