Street lights are maintained by the local electric companies. For street light service and maintenance, contact your electrical service provider. The number for Tri-County Electric Cooperative is (817) 431-1541 and Oncor may be contacted at (888) 313-4747. If the malfunctioning light is located in Town Square, please contact Southlake Community Services at (817) 748-8184.

Contact the Southlake Public Works Operations Department at (817) 748-8082. If the street requiring repair is FM 1938 (Randol Mill/Davis Boulevard), FM 1709 (Southlake Boulevard) or SH 114, contact TxDOT during business hours at (817) 232-1304. The TxDOT emergency response number is (817) 832-0189.
