Welcome to the Planning & Development Services Active Planning & Zoning Cases webpage! Here you can find a list of cases currently being reviewed by staff, as well as those going through the development process. Please note that cases are removed from the map once either approved or denied. Use the Planning & Zoning Case Input Form below to submit support or opposition for a development case in advance of P&Z or ZBA.
Did you receive a public hearing notice in the mail? Per State law and City charter, notification letters are mailed in advance of public hearings to be held at Planning & Zoning Commission meetings (P&Z) and Zoning Board of Adjustment meetings (ZBA). Click either one of the links below to view the notifications mailed for the calendar year for either P&Z or ZBA. Note, a folder for a specific meeting is not created until those notices have been mailed.
The Planning & Development Services Department posts packets for the various public meetings. Click on one of the links to the right to access the specific meeting of interest.
Below is an interactive map of active cases currently moving through the City of Southlake development process. You may file support or opposition for a particular case by using the Planning & Zoning Case Input Form.
In order for a submission to be counted as a formal protest, a written signature must be uploaded with a response form submission. Other options for recording support or opposition include completing and submitting a P&Z or ZBA notification response form. This may be submitted to the City via mail, fax, email, or hand-delivered to the Planning & Development Services department. Contact information is at the bottom of this page. During public meetings you may also hand staff a signed comment card indicating your position on an item.
